Hi to all our members.

As we are all aware, the wet weather forced the cancellation of our SCAF

warbirds event at Coolum over the recent Queen's Birthday long weekend but we are very happy to let you know that we've managed to re-schedule the event for the weekend of August 16 & 17.

With the tremendous assistance of Roy Salmon (Suncoast Treasurer), we are very grateful to our good friends at Suncoast Model Flyers who were very keen to host the warbirds event at their field.

As was our previous arrangement, we'll be having a dinner on the Saturday evening at the Coolum Beach Bowls Club (Elizabeth St., Coolum) on the Saturday night from 6.30pm onwards. To assist the Bowls Club management with catering, it would be very much appreciated if you could

send me an email RSVP advising of numbers by 12 June if you'd like to join us for the dinner function.

Please note this change/confirmation on your SCAF Calendars and we look forward to seeing all our members at Suncoast on the weekend of August
16 & 17.

In the meantime, our next warbirds event is scheduled to take place at Logan on Sunday, 13 June. More details soon.
